The 3-day clock starts after a Day 0 scoping call and URL inventory, never before. Staging is due by the end of Day 3; if we miss it for a reason on our side, you still get it within a week of kickoff, at no extra cost.

- Build the pages to design parity
- Forms, analytics/GTM and schema
- Staging link to you by end of day
Day 3: Review and launch
- One review round (you reply within 2 working hours)
- Fixes and the QA checklist
- Redirect import and test
- Launch in the agreed window
Then: 30 days after launch
- 30 days of monitoring and fixes, the same as our standard migration

Which tier fits your site?
Answer five questions. Nothing is sent anywhere; this runs in your browser.
If your site is over the caps, needs more forms or collections, or has features from the not-included list, we adjust the scope and price to what you need. The timeline grows with it: typically 1 to 3 weeks instead of 3 days, agreed in writing before we start.
Each tier has a fixed price, agreed in writing before Day 1, so it doesn't change during the build. If your site sits between two tiers, or you need something slightly outside the caps, we'll talk it through on the scoping call and agree the price there.

You stay in control of the cutover
Your WordPress site stays live until you approve launch, and there is no cutover without your sign-off.
If we miss staging delivery by end of Day 3 for a reason on our side, we still deliver it within a week of kickoff, at no extra cost. The clock pauses while we wait on access or feedback.
We don't guarantee rankings: Google says rankings can fluctuate while it recrawls a moved site.
