Webflow integrations for HubSpot, your CRM and the rest of your stack
ActiveSet connects Webflow to the tools your marketing and hiring teams already use. We map every form and data flow first, then build it with HubSpot embeds, Webflow's own apps, the Webflow API or an automation tool such as Make, and test each path on staging and on the live site so records land where your team expects.

How does ActiveSet integrate Webflow with other tools?
We start with an integration register: every form, script and data flow on the site, where each one sends data, and who relies on it. For each form we map every field to a property in the receiving system, including hidden fields and consent.
Then we pick the simplest connection that keeps the data reliable: an embedded form, a Webflow app, a direct API connection, or an automation tool when the flow needs extra logic. Every path is test-submitted on staging and again on the live domain, and the register is handed over so your team knows what connects to what.
Webflow and HubSpot: three ways to connect forms

- How it works: The form is built in HubSpot and placed on the page, styled to match the site
- Good for: Teams that manage forms, workflows and progressive fields in HubSpot
- Watch for: Styling the embed so it matches the design system
- Where we've built it: Privado webinar templates; mesoneer custom-styled HubSpot forms
- How it works: A native Webflow form whose submissions are sent to HubSpot through Webflow's HubSpot app
- Good for: Simple forms where full design control in Webflow matters most
- Watch for: Mapping each field to a HubSpot property, and keeping that mapping current
- Where we've built it: Scoped per project
- How it works: A native Webflow form whose submissions run through a tool such as Make before reaching HubSpot
- Good for: Flows with extra logic: routing by language or region, calculators, several destinations
- Watch for: One more tool to own and monitor

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. A native Webflow form can send submissions to HubSpot through Webflow's HubSpot app, with each field mapped to a HubSpot property. If your team manages forms and workflows in HubSpot, an embedded HubSpot form is often simpler to run.
It can. Renaming or deleting a property that a form maps to stops that field from reaching HubSpot. We hand over the field mapping so your team knows which properties the site depends on, and form checks can be part of a maintenance plan.
Every script adds weight. We load only the scripts each page needs, avoid duplicate tracking tags, and check page speed before and after adding them.
Yes. We have connected Webflow calls to action to Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot). We confirm the setup your Salesforce admin prefers before we build.
Yes. We built a Recruitee-to-Webflow job sync over the API for mesoneer. For another ATS we check its API first and confirm the approach in the scope.
Usually, if it has an API, an embed or a Webflow app. We review its documentation before quoting and tell you which connection we'd use and why.
The least access the job needs, shared through an agreed access process. For HubSpot that is usually a user who can create forms and view properties.
We submit test entries for every form and path on staging, check that the record, fields and notifications arrive in the receiving system, then repeat the tests on the live domain after launch.
It depends on the number of forms, systems and custom logic. We confirm both in a scoped proposal after the integration register.
