For design studios and agencies

White-label Webflow development for design studios and agencies

ActiveSet builds Webflow sites from your studio's Figma files, under your brand or co-credited, as you prefer. We review the design for build risks before we start, work in your client's Webflow workspace, report to you through a shared Slack channel, and hand the site back for you to present. Your client relationship stays yours.

Design files flowing into a Webflow build tagged Your brand
In short

What does white-label Webflow development mean at ActiveSet?

Your studio sells and designs the website; we build it in Webflow. You decide how visible we are: fully white-label, where your client only sees your studio, or co-credited, where we are introduced as your development partner.

We work from approved Figma files, flag build risks before we quote, and deliver on a staging site your studio reviews first. After launch we can keep making updates under the same arrangement, so your client keeps one point of contact: you.

What's included

What we take off your studio's plate

01
Build review
Before we quote, we check your Figma files for missing breakpoints, hover and empty states, CMS fields and interactions, and send a short list of questions.
02
Webflow build
Responsive pages built on the Client-First naming system, with the style guide set up first and reusable components your client's editors can use.
03
CMS and integrations
Collections and templates, forms connected to the client's CRM, and the scripts the site needs.
04
Interactions and animation
Webflow interactions, Lottie and Rive animations, built from your motion references.
05
Localization
Additional languages with Webflow Localization when the project needs them.
06
QA on staging
Cross-browser and device checks, then your studio's review on staging before the client sees anything.
07
Launch
Domain connection, redirects if the site replaces an old one, and a re-check of forms and pages on the live domain.
08
Editor handover
Recorded walkthroughs for your client's team, with your studio's name on them or none at all.
How we work with studios

How a studio project runs

The same steps every time, so your producers know what happens next.
White-label workflow: Handoff, Build, Review and Launch, with a lock for private delivery
Step 1
Intro and fit
A call with your studio only. We agree how visible ActiveSet should be, who talks to the client and how work is approved.
Step 2
Handoff and build review
You share the Figma files and any motion or CMS notes. We return questions and build risks before quoting.
Step 3
Scope and terms
A written scope and fixed quote per project, agreed with your studio before work starts. Your studio invoices your client; we invoice your studio.
Step 4
Build in the right workspace
We build in your client's Webflow workspace or yours, whichever you choose, and track tasks in ClickUp with a shared Slack channel for your team.
Step 5
Studio review, then client review
Your studio reviews on staging first through Markup.io. Once you are happy, you present to your client, with or without us on the call.
Step 6
Launch and handover
We launch, re-check the live site and hand over walkthroughs branded as you choose.
Step 7
Ongoing updates
If your client needs changes later, we keep building them under the same arrangement, and requests still come through your studio.
Confidentiality

Your client stays your client

We agree these points in writing at the start of each studio relationship.
01
Visibility is your call
Fully white-label or co-credited. For white-label work, ActiveSet's name does not appear in the site, the handover materials or client emails.
02
Portfolio only with your OK
For new studio projects, we list the work in our portfolio or name the client only if your studio agrees.
03
No direct contact unless you ask
We talk to your client only when you bring us in, and then as part of your team.
04
Your client owns the site
The Webflow project lives in your client's workspace, or is transferred there at launch.
05
NDA and non-solicit
We sign your NDA or provide ours, and agree in writing not to approach your clients.

Fit

When we're a good development partner

Fit
Good fit if:
  • Your studio designs in Figma and sells Webflow builds, but doesn't want a full-time Webflow team.
  • You have more approved designs than build capacity.
  • You want one partner for the build and for the updates your clients ask for after launch.
Not a fit
Not the right fit if:
  • Designs are still changing every day; we build best from approved files, with a review round planned.
  • You need us to take over the client relationship; this service keeps it with you.

FAQ’s

Frequently Asked Questions

(01)
Can you work fully under our studio's brand?

Yes. On white-label projects our name does not appear in the site, the handover materials or client emails, and we talk to your client only if you bring us in, as part of your team.

(02)
Will you contact our client directly?

Not unless you ask us to. Requests and approvals come through your studio, and we agree in writing not to approach your clients.

(03)
Do you sign an NDA?

Yes. We sign your NDA or provide ours at the start of the relationship.

(04)
Who owns the Webflow project?

Your client. We build in their Webflow workspace, or yours if you prefer, and transfer the project to the client at launch if needed.

(05)
What do you need from our design files?

Approved Figma pages for desktop and mobile, the style guide, notes on interactions, and a list of content types that should be in the CMS. If something is missing, the build review flags it before we quote.

(06)
Can you join client calls?

Yes, if you want us there, introduced as part of your team or as your development partner, whichever you prefer.

(07)
How do you price white-label work?

Each project gets a written scope and a fixed quote for your studio, so you set your own margin with your client. Ongoing work can run on a monthly retainer.

(08)
Where is your team, and how do we communicate?

We are based in Bengaluru, India, and work with studios in other time zones through a shared Slack channel, with tasks tracked in ClickUp. Working hours and review cadence are agreed per project.

(09)
Can you handle updates after launch?

Yes. We keep building updates for your client under the same arrangement, so they still come to you.
