Most B2B company websites on Webflow need the Premium Site plan, which Webflow lists at $25 a month billed yearly, or $39 billed monthly. The full bill adds a Workspace plan if the free Starter Workspace is not enough ($19 for Core or $49 for Growth), $15 a month for each Limited seat and $39 for each extra Full seat, plus optional add-ons for bandwidth, Localize, Analyze and Optimize. A five-person marketing team on Premium and Growth pays $134 a month on yearly billing before any add-ons.

Line on the bill Webflow list price, billed yearly What it covers
Basic Site plan $15 a month per site A custom domain, no CMS
Premium Site plan $25 a month per site CMS, 50 GB bandwidth
Core / Growth Workspace $19 / $49 a month Staging, code export, team controls
Full seat $39 a month per seat Design and admin (the owner's seat is included)
Limited seat $15 a month per seat Content editing and building with components
Reviewer seat Free Viewing and commenting
Team plan $2,500 a month, annual contract One site, 10 seats and Localize bundled
Enterprise Quoted by Webflow Custom limits, SSO, invoicing

What are the parts of a Webflow bill?

A Webflow bill has four layers, and most surprises come from forgetting one of them:

  1. Site plan. Hosting for one website. Webflow's guide to choosing a Site plan says Site plans are billed separately from your Workspace plan and that each site you host on a custom domain needs its own Site plan.
  2. Workspace plan. Where your team builds and stages sites. The Starter Workspace is free.
  3. Seats. One paid seat per person who designs or edits, at Workspace level.
  4. Add-ons. Optional extras per site: bandwidth, Localize, Analyze and Optimize, plus AI credit packs at Workspace level.

Everything in a Workspace is charged to that Workspace's card on file, according to Webflow's Workspace plan guide.

Four separate charges feed one Webflow bill: the Site plan, the Workspace plan, seats and add-ons.

Which Site plan does a company website need?

The deciding question is whether the site uses the CMS. Webflow's Site plan guide says Basic is for sites that do not use any CMS or Ecommerce features, and Premium is designed for sites that use them, such as a blog, a portfolio or any page driven by dynamic content.

Plan Yearly billing Monthly billing Static pages CMS
Starter Free Free 2 50 items, webflow.io domain only
Basic $15 a month $25 a month 300 None
Premium $25 a month $39 a month 300 20,000 items, 40 Collections

A simple rule for B2B sites: if you publish a blog, case studies, job listings or any other repeating content, you need Premium. Basic suits a small brochure site that never changes structure. If you expect thousands of CMS items or a large page count, read our guide to planning for Webflow CMS limits before you choose.

How much does each editor cost?

Webflow charges per seat, at Workspace level. Its seats and roles overview (updated 5 Oct 2026) says every Workspace includes one full seat for the owner and 100 free seats for reviewers, and that you can buy unlimited full and limited seats.

Seat Yearly billing Who it's for
Full $39 a month per seat Admins, site managers and designers
Limited $15 a month per seat Marketers and content editors
Reviewer Free People who only view and comment

In practice, most marketing teams need one Full seat (often the owner's included seat) and a Limited seat for each person who writes or updates pages. Stakeholders who only approve work can stay on free reviewer seats. Freelancer and Agency Workspaces also include free client seats per site, which is how many agency-hosted sites give clients access.

Do you need a paid Workspace plan?

Not to run a live site. The Site plan hosts the website; the Workspace plan changes how your team builds, stages and controls it. Webflow's pricing page lists these differences:

Workspace Yearly billing What it adds
Starter Free 2 staging sites, 1 full seat
Core $19 a month 10 staging sites, custom code, code export, Shared Libraries
Growth $49 a month Unlimited staging sites, site-specific access, site-level roles, publishing permissions, site password protection

One detail matters for ownership: Webflow's article on exporting site code says code export is only available on Workspace plans, not Site plans. If your team needs publishing permissions or per-site access, that points to Growth. If nobody needs those, Starter plus the right seats is a valid setup.

What do bandwidth, Localize, Analyze and Optimize add?

Webflow's Manage add-ons article (updated 23 Sep 2026) lists the site add-ons as Localize, Analyze, Optimize and Bandwidth. Site add-ons are not available on Starter or Ecommerce Site plans, bandwidth can only be added to Premium (or legacy Business), and add-ons follow your Site plan's billing cycle.

Add-on Yearly billing Price basis
Bandwidth +$20 a month for +50 GB, +$40 for +100 GB, +$60 for +150 GB Premium includes 50 GB a month
Localize Essential $9 a month per locale Up to 3 locales, 10,000 AI-translated words a month
Localize Advanced $29 a month per locale Up to 10 locales, 50,000 words a month
Analyze $9 a month for the lowest tier Priced by sessions; the lowest tier covers 2,000 a month
Optimize $299 a month for the lowest tier Priced by page views; the lowest tier covers 25,000 a month
AI credits $20 a month for 2,000 credits A Workspace add-on

Webflow list prices from webflow.com/pricing, checked 15 Oct 2026. Analyze and Optimize prices rise with traffic, so treat the lowest tier as a floor, not a quote.

Usage-based limits come with a safety net. Webflow's surge protection article says a single month over a limit is not charged, but if usage stays over the limit for two consecutive billing months, the plan or add-on is upgraded automatically at the start of the next billing month. That applies to bandwidth, Analyze sessions and Optimize page views, and usage is tracked monthly even on yearly billing.

Add-ons plug into one site at a time; each is priced on its own basis, such as locales, sessions or page views.

What does a real team's bill look like?

Here are three common setups, built only from Webflow's yearly-billing list prices (checked 15 Oct 2026). The owner's full seat is included in every Workspace, so it adds nothing.

A founder-run site. One person, Premium Site plan, free Starter Workspace.

Line Monthly
Premium Site plan $25
Starter Workspace $0
Owner's full seat $0
Total $25 a month, $300 a year

A five-person marketing team. The owner on the included full seat, four editors on Limited seats, Growth Workspace for publishing permissions, Premium Site plan.

Line Monthly
Premium Site plan $25
Growth Workspace $49
4 Limited seats at $15 $60
Total $134 a month, $1,608 a year

The same team with a three-language site. Everything above, plus Localize Essential for two secondary locales.

Line Monthly
Five-person team bill $134
Localize Essential, 2 locales at $9 $18
Total $152 a month, $1,824 a year

Use the calculator to swap in your own team, sites and add-ons. It uses the same yearly list prices, plus the monthly-billing prices from the Monthly toggle on Webflow's pricing page.

Which costs are not on the Webflow invoice?

The platform bill is usually the smaller part of running a site. Budget separately for:

  • Domain and email. Your domain renewal and business email are separate subscriptions with your own providers.
  • Third-party tools. CRM forms, cookie consent, scheduling and search tools carry their own pricing.
  • Gated content. Webflow's User Accounts sunset took its native gated-content feature away on 29 January 2026, so member areas now need a third-party tool.
  • Design, build and content work. Templates, CMS structure, integrations and copy are project costs, not platform fees. Our Webflow website cost guide explains what drives them.
  • Taxes. Webflow's pricing page says all prices are in USD, plus applicable taxes at checkout.

One billing detail is worth knowing before you choose yearly billing: Webflow's billing article says Webflow purchases are nonrefundable and paid plans renew automatically.

When should you look at Team or Enterprise?

Team is Webflow's middle option. The pricing page lists it at $2,500 a month with an annual contract required. Webflow's May 2026 pricing article says it includes a site with 100 CMS Collections, 10 seats and Webflow Localize, plus page branching and single-page publishing, and that it is only available on annual billing. The pricing page shows those seats as 5 Full and 5 Limited, with 2 locales and 500 static pages.

Enterprise has no published price. Webflow's article on the differences between Enterprise and non-Enterprise plans says Enterprise is billed by invoice or card on an annual schedule, while self-serve plans are card-only. It also lists SSO, SCIM provisioning, custom roles and audit logs as Enterprise-only.

Look at these tiers when someone needs invoicing, SSO, page branching or limits above Premium's caps. For a fuller comparison, see our guide on when a B2B site needs Webflow Enterprise.

What changed in 2026?

Webflow's May 2026 pricing article sets out the changes:

Date What changed
13 May 2026 New Site plans for new purchases: CMS and Business merged into Premium; Team plan launched; AI credits added to all Workspace plans
29 June 2026 New plans start for most existing sites, at renewal or a billable change
16 November 2026 New plans start for sites in Freelancer or Agency Workspaces and sites on legacy discounts from 2022 or earlier

The same article says CMS items add-ons have been removed, because Premium now includes 20,000 items. If your site sits in an agency's or freelancer's Workspace, our explainer on the 16 November plan changes covers what happens and when.

How ActiveSet does it

ActiveSet is a Webflow Premium Partner based in Bengaluru, India. The sites we build are built in, or moved to, the client's own Webflow Workspace, with editor guides or short recorded walkthroughs at handover. Because Webflow charges Site plans to the card on file in the Workspace that holds the site, the client sees and pays Webflow's bill directly. Nothing in this post is advice to change plan, billing cycle or Workspace; it describes Webflow's published prices.

If you want help keeping a Webflow site running after launch, see Webflow maintenance.

Disclosure: ActiveSet is a Webflow Premium Partner and earns a commission from Webflow on Webflow plans. The prices in this post are Webflow's own list prices.

Frequently Asked Questions

(01)
Is Webflow cheaper on yearly or monthly billing?

Yearly billing is cheaper for every plan with both options. Premium is $25 a month billed yearly against $39 billed monthly, a difference of $168 a year for one site, based on Webflow's list prices checked 15 October 2026. Add-ons follow the Site plan's billing cycle. Webflow says its purchases are nonrefundable, so choose yearly billing once the site and plan are settled.

(02)
Does every content editor need a paid Webflow seat?

Anyone who edits needs a seat. A Limited seat, for marketers and content editors, is $15 a month billed yearly, and a Full seat is $39. People who only view and comment can use free reviewer seats; every Workspace includes 100. The Workspace owner's full seat is included, so a one-person site pays nothing extra for seats.

(03)
Can one Webflow plan cover two websites?

No. Webflow says each site you host on a custom domain needs its own Site plan, billed separately from the Workspace plan. Two Premium sites on yearly billing cost $50 a month in Site plans at list price. Seats and the Workspace plan are shared across the Workspace, but add-ons such as bandwidth and Localize are bought per site.

(04)
Is hosting included in the Webflow price?

Yes. A Site plan is Webflow's hosting for one site: it lets you publish to a custom domain and sets limits such as pages, CMS items and bandwidth. Premium includes 50 GB of bandwidth a month, and you can buy more as an add-on. You do not need a separate web host for a site built and published on Webflow.

(05)
Are Webflow prices shown in US dollars?

Yes. Webflow's pricing page says all prices are in USD, plus applicable taxes added at checkout. Your card provider may also convert the charge to your local currency. Budget the tax on top of the list prices in this post, and check webflow.com/pricing on the day you buy, because prices change.
