This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, published under Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules. These terms apply when you use www.activeset.co (the “site”), run by ACTIVESET TECHNOLOGIES (“ActiveSet”, “we”, “us”), B 98, Anjuman Colony, Lower Bazar, Konka Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834001, India. By using the site you agree to them. They cover your use of the site and payments made through it; any project we do for you is also governed by a separate written agreement. Effective date: 15 October 2026.
Using the site
You may read, share and link to pages on the site. Please do not try to disrupt or break the site, get around its security, send spam through its forms, or scrape it in a way that overloads it. Information you give us through the site must be true and accurate. You must be 18 or older to buy services through the site.
Information on the site
Our articles, guides, calculators and checklists are general information. They are not professional advice for your specific situation. Prices and limits we quote from other companies, such as Webflow's plan prices, are their list prices on the date shown and can change; check the provider's own page before you buy. Calculator results are estimates based on the figures you enter.
Our content
The text, illustrations, tools and design of the site belong to ActiveSet or the people who licensed them to us. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the page. Do not copy whole pages or republish our illustrations without our written permission. Names and logos of other companies belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, such as vendor documentation. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, ActiveSet is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability to you for anything relating to the site is limited to INR 10,000 (or USD 100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Services, prices and payment
Our services and starting prices are listed on our Services & Pricing page in Indian rupees (INR). Projects start from ₹50,000, plus GST at the applicable rate. The final price for a project is set out in its written proposal. Online payments are processed by our payment gateway, CCAvenue. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify ACTIVESET TECHNOLOGIES against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the site.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
