Figma pricing page
Figma's pricing page scores 7/10: a plain per-seat grid and "Choose X if you" guidance, held back by seat jargon explained late, logos-only proof and two empty links.
- Message clarity 1/2: Prices, "/mo", "Billed annually" and "Prices in USD" are on the first screen, but plan fit ("Choose Professional if you:") and what Full, Dev and Collab seats mean only appear after scrolling.
- Proof 1/2: A "TRUSTED BY TEAMS AT" logo strip (Coinbase, Dropbox, Atlassian and others) above the footer; no quotes, sourced numbers or reviews.
- Path to contact 2/2: "Select plan" on Starter, Professional and Organization, "Contact sales" on Enterprise, a free Starter tier and "Get started for free" in the header.
- Speed 2/2: Lab LCP 1,712 ms and CLS 0.001 on throttled mobile; both pass (lab data, not field).
- Accessibility basics 1/2: Two empty links (one failure); alt text, input labels, heading order, a single h1 and lang are all fine.
What the page does well
Figma's headline, "Pick your plan, choose your seats", names the model plainly: four plans (Starter, Professional, Organization, Enterprise) crossed with three seat types, each priced "/mo" with "Billed annually" on the upper tiers and "Prices in USD" stated. Product chips show which tools each seat unlocks, and a "Choose Professional if you:" block under each column helps self-selection. The friction is the two-axis grid: a newcomer must understand "Full seat", "Dev seat" and "Collab seat" before any price makes sense, and that definition sits in "What is a seat?" near the bottom of the page. The only proof is a "TRUSTED BY TEAMS AT" logo strip above the footer, with no quotes or numbers.
