Gong pricing page
Gong's pricing page scores 7/10: it explains the per-user model and shows rated third-party reviews, held back by a form-only path, no plan tiers and a 6s lab LCP.
- Message clarity 1/2: No prices by design. The model is explained in plain words in the first screen (per-user licences plus a platform fee, free integrations), but there are no named plans and nothing says who each option is for.
- Proof 2/2: Four attributed third-party scores sit under the form: Forrester Wave Leader 2024 ("3x Leader"), Gartner Peer Insights 4.8, G2 Best Software 2026 Top 100 4.8, TrustRadius Top Rated 2025 9.2. No customer names or quotes, but the badges are named third-party scores, as shown on the page.
- Path to contact 1/2: One action only: the "How big is your team?" form with a "Continue" button that is disabled until a size is chosen. No trial, demo link, pricing guide or site navigation offers a lower-commitment step.
- Speed 1/2: Lab LCP 5,976 ms fails the 2,500 ms target; lab CLS 0 passes. One of two fails (throttled mobile lab run, not field data).
- Accessibility basics 2/2: No failures: all 16 images have alt text, inputs are labelled, no heading skips, no empty links, one h1, lang="en".
What the page does well
Gong's page is a quote-request landing page, not a price list, and says so: "Gong's pricing model depends on a few factors specific to your team", then plain lines such as "Licenses are priced per user" and "There is a platform fee based on the number of users supported". The stepped form ("Step 1", "How big is your team?") lowers the effort of asking, and four third-party badges with scores (Forrester Wave Leader 2024, Gartner 4.8, G2 4.8, TrustRadius 9.2) sit beneath. Where a buyer could get stuck, in the capture: no navigation, no plan names, no "from" price, no trial or demo link, and "Continue" stays grey until a team size is picked. At 121 words, the page gives a researcher little to compare.
