Resend pricing page
Resend's pricing page scores 7/10: prices, email volumes and overage rates on one screen, with attributed quotes lower down, held back by lab LCP and three accessibility failures.
- Message clarity 2/2: Price, "emails / mo" allowance, overage rate and monthly period are all on the first screen; the slider and Transactional/Marketing toggle set context without scrolling.
- Proof 2/2: Quotes attributed by name and role ("Hahnbee Lee, Co-Founder at Mintlify", "Bradley Greenwood, VP of Engineering at MrBeast"), though placed at the very bottom; the "Trusted by" logo block rendered empty in our capture.
- Path to contact 2/2: Each plan has "Get started", Enterprise has "Contact us", a free tier exists and the page closes with "Sign up for free".
- Speed 1/2: Lab LCP 3,032 ms fails the 2,500 ms bar; lab CLS 0 passes (throttled mobile lab run, not field data).
- Accessibility basics 0/2: Three failures: 1 unlabeled input (likely the volume slider), 1 heading skip and 1 empty link. Images have alt text, one h1, lang set.
What the page does well
Resend's first screen pairs a Transactional/Marketing toggle and a volume slider (3,000 to 3,000,000+) with four cards: "$0 / mo" for "3,000 emails / mo", "$20 / mo" for 50,000, "$90 / mo" for 100,000 and "Enterprise". Overage is stated as "Extra emails: $0.90 / 1,000", so the unit, period and ceiling are all in view. The model is volume tiers plus priced add-ons ("Domains - $20 / mo", "Dedicated IPs - $30 / mo", "Single Sign-On - $150 / mo") and pay-as-you-go cards. Proof is attributed quotes from Mintlify, MrBeast and Infisical, but they sit at the bottom of a 9,500px page. Three identical "Get started" buttons give no hint of which plan to pick.
