Overview

mesoneer is a software company; its website describes its work as software development with tailored solutions, process automation, data engineering and AI. ActiveSet built mesoneer.io in Webflow in 2023 and has developed it since.

Where they started

In May 2023 mesoneer added mesoneer.io to its Webflow project with ActiveSet. The designs came from Pixeto, a design studio ActiveSet partners with.

The site runs in English and German.

What we built, year by year

Grouped by year and cut to the main items.

2023Build

Built mesoneer.io in Webflow from Pixeto's designs (May to July), then added the German version of the site, automations for the contact and job-application forms with thank-you emails in English and German, the cookie banner and redirects from legacy domains (June to August).

2024New pages

A Data Streaming page (live July 2024) and HubSpot forms styled to match the site.

2025Templates and jobs

Redesigned blog and use-case templates and an AI Consulting page (March), and a sync to bring job listings from Recruitee into the Webflow CMS over the API, scoped in December 2024 and live from late August 2025.

2025–26Redesign

Rolled out mesoneer's 2025–26 redesign page by page from July 2025 to March 2026, including Private Client and SME Onboarding (November 2025), Digital Trust Platform (February 2026) and Digital Identification (March 2026).

2026Ongoing

An insurance landing page, an event landing page, the Digital Trust Experience page (live September 2026) and a new product feature section.

How the work runs

01

Slack and ClickUp

Requests come in through a shared Slack channel and are tracked in ClickUp.

02

Forms and integrations

HubSpot forms styled to match the site, form automations with thank-you emails in English and German, and a Recruitee job sync into the Webflow CMS.

03

Client-First builds

Builds follow Finsweet's Client-First naming system, with the style guide set up first and reusable components, so more than one developer can work on the site. The Client-First class names are visible in mesoneer.io's live HTML.

As of October 2026 the work is ongoing. See the live site: mesoneer.io.

I have checked it, thank you for the rapid work!
